I play badminton at the Bridge Park Community Leisure, which is right next to Stonebridge Park station (Bakerloo Line). It's a great court, only £8 an hour, and the staff there are really friendly.

Hi Dom I don't really have a strategy for scoring the sparkpoints, I just do what I do and record it. Yes, I use the nutrition and exercise tracker religiously, I post in the forums, read articles etc. Hey it's pretty much as screwie says!1 LOL 2174 days ago
Thanks for your comment in my blog and page. I do use the food and exercise trackers. I think they are global-friendly because they're fully customisable. I can't think in miles and imperial measures so if something in the food tracker doesn't come in grams, I add it myself so I can use it. Likewise, I use km in the fitness tracker. Both trackers allow you to either pick from the database or add your own (or a mixture of both). It's a bit time consuming at first but once you've entered your regular things they're just there and you can use them any time.
As for spark points, I click on everything clickable every day :) It's a motivational tool, really, 'cos it means I have to log in every day and while I'm on the site I read about stuff and get information that I then use to suit my needs. 2175 days ago
