My Goals:
I want to live a healthier lifestyle. My New Year's resolution for 2013 is to lose 100 pounds.

My Program:
Instead of just counting my calories, I'm eating more natural foods. It boosts the metabolism and will help me want to work out.

I love food (go figure) my biggest weakness is chocolate. My favorite movie is BBC's North and South. My favorite book (for now anyway) is Amethyst Heart. The thing that means the most to me is my Savior.
