Back from the brink!

I've been to the edge of problem weight gain and I refuse to jump. I hit 233lb in Jan '08 after quitting a 31 year smoking habit. If I could quit smoking, I KNOW I can find my former athletic self again.

Patsy Cline can make me cry, The Doors touch my mind and AC/DC rules rock and roll! I don't understand rap or classical music. Oh well. LOL.

Thanks for visiting my blog. LOL - do you realize that your thigh is 24 inches! Mine is 23!! LOL...I am trying to make mine smaller, but they just won't budge.

Your WHR is almost to.90 - which is ideal for men. Almost there!!!
