What Doesn't Kill You Makes You Stronger

I started my SparkPage before my wedding in April of 2012 with a goal of losing some weight before my big day. Both my husband and I lost a significant amount of weight on The 17 Day Diet.

Unfortunately we gained most of it back because we did not treat our change of habit as a lifestyle change.

Hi! How did the protein bars turn out? If you thought they were good, I'd love the recipe! I'm trying to get caught up with everyone now that I'm starting to feel better--I'm taking some new hormone meds that seem to be helping. Hey Kayte! Thanks for the friend add and for your comment on my page. Let me know if I can ever help out with anything along the challenge. I know you'll start feeling awesome, but you just need to remember to push through the discouraging points. I've been facing my first lagging motivation now, three weeks in, starting the fourth, since I've been very bloated and sore sore sore lately. I know it's just my body still adjusting to the new routine, but it's hard to be patient and excited sometimes when things don't happen as quickly as we'd like.

Hi there! I have been doing the JE LiveFit for two weeks now & I really like it so far! It's hard to resist doing cardio for the first four weeks, but I'm sure it will pay off in the end! I love the flexibility & variety on this plan!
