I am a mom of 4 great kids, ages 26,24,22 and 13. I lost my job in 20101 and went in to a year long depression. My weight topped at 250 pounds (yikes). In October 2011 I stopped feeling sorry for myself and started a journey that saved my life. Working on my last 12 pounds. I reached my weight goal August 15, 2012. In October 2011 I stopped feeling sorry for myself and started a journey that saved my life. Working on my last 12 pounds. I reached my weight goal August 15, 2012. Now the challenge really begins. 6 weeks since I hit the *magic* number , no problems maintaining. Being active as well as eating low carb have become part of my lifestyle now. Sometimes I think I want to go a little lower in my weight, but I am a size 2 and an extra small, I don't want to fall into a dangerous place . My weight seems to stay within a pound either way of my goal without stressing over it so I found my happy place:)

My Program:
I do cardio 60 minutes 80-85% of my mhr, 5 or 6 days a week. Modified (injury) strength training 3times a week.
