I'm a stay at home wife and mother of 2 teenagers which I enjoy so I can be home when my kids need me. I recently gave up smoking for my kids they would hound me about quitting so I finally did it,plus they wanted me to be around for a very long time.I started back losing weight after a long struggle with finding out that I had acid reflux(which I no longer take meds for)and thyroid issues (which I take meds for on a daily bases). I was working out before I ended up sick but never went back and ended up gaining it all back.I told my thyroid doc that I was going to start losing weight and she agreed,it was the best decision that I made again. So here I am starting my weight loss back over again and I've been very proud of myself and have an amazing support group my family that has been with me every step of the way cheering me on. :)

- walk daily
- use my fitbit tracker daily
- cardio exercise.
- stability ball for exercise.
- drinking 8 oz. of water/day
- tracking food intake
- soon to add strength training & resistance bands to my routine.
