We did walk and at first I was in pain, but as time went on, I was ok. Tomorrow we are taking the day off to heal and rest up.

Thanks for the lovely words of encouragement. I think you are right. The 6 lbs I put on in the past two weeks will come off quick (it is half water truthfully - but I was trying to own it anyway because honestly I was slipping upward anyway - so wake up call = good!). I appreciate the positive vibes.
