I do low-impact aerobics three or four times a week and try to work in some pilates too. SparkPeople taught me to start slow....

Saying Good-Bye to the old you…

Throwing workout clothes on and working out anyways…

Here’s to carrots… and… hamstring pulls… Stinky Work out shoes/socks…
Getting up every day… then falling down… then getting back up once again…

#1. Drink a large Glass of water before every meal...

#2. Eat Protein at every meal... or Stay Hungry...

#3. Eat apples and berries every single day...

#4. Eat 30 to 50 grams of fiber every day...

#5. Stop guessing about portion sizes... and get it right...

#6. Make one day a week meatless...

#7. Go to bed hungry...

#8. Make your own food and eat at least 10 meals a week at home...
