The treadmill at the school cost $5,000. I could never afford one like that for home. I guess schools have money for all kinds of things. We also have an eliptical of which I can't do very long on. I am sticking to the treadmill and will be working up to a 1/2 hour on it. I am already up to 25 minutes. I did the variety workout on Friday where you climb some hills. I also ran on it for a wee little bit. It is a great stress buster.

Thank you for commenting on my activity feed... on Body Pump fitness class! Yes, absolutely.... it's so much fun...time just flys! So lucky it's offered at my gym twice a week.. it's my chance to get weight training in... otherwise I don't think I'd work out with weights on my own! If they have Body Pump or any other group weight training class offered at your gym... I highly recommend it! Thanks again for your comment. Have a great weekend! -Risa
