Becoming a "Fit Mama 4ever"
My goal is to work every day toward being the "fit mama" I want to be forever. I am committed to making my goals a priority in my life and I know that I will enjoy the rewards created. This journey is not a short one and I need to be committed for the long haul! I decided to add pictures to my profile this year, so that my friends can see me and I hope to get to know them better this year too!

I am currently alternating doing Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVD's between 3 and 5 miles. I'm enjoying walking my son home from school as much as possible. I need to squeeze in any extra activity I can!
