I am a slacker. I need motivation

I need more hours in a day to work out, play with my family, clean my house, work, build friendships, and the list could go on. I want to get in shape. I want to be fit. I want to lose weight but that is not my main concern. I want to have muscles and a flat stomach and no more rolls!!!

I have tried and tried again. So any motivation is greatly appreciated.

My Goals:
I would like to lose all of the weight that I have put on since before I was pregnant and since I have had my baby. I just need to stay motivated.


My Program:
I plan on starting small. Tracking what I eat and working out 10 minutes here and 10 minutes there.

Other Information:
I am a positive person who enjoys people.

Hi and thanks for dropping by my page! You are off to a great start! Hmmm sweet tooth urges.... Fruit!! :) Actually it works for me a lot of the time! Also, really good quality dark chocolate! A little bit goes a long way!
