Designing my body...

Iíve done a lot of things in my journey to my perfect body and I donít want to focus a lot on the past. I will say when I delivered my son I was about 260 pounds and my lowest weight was 161 and I lost it through Weight Watchers and exercise. Iím currently about 172.

My goal was to be a triathlete and I have competed in my first triathlon and am continuing to compete. I am now using the Tracy Anderson Method to redesign my body. Why not redesign what you have? Look at before ...

Look at before and after pictures of many who have changed their bodiesÖyou arenít destined to be chubby, big boned or have a larger body than others. You can be your teeniest tiniest self, the body that will make you happy and that is what Iím after.

I am just starting my TAM journey (4/9/11) and have 90 days on my Metamorphosis plan and am also incorporating the Cinch! Eating plan which is basically clean Mediterranean style eating to my life.
