****Greetings to ALL!! And welcome to my page!!!*****

I found SP from Women's Health Magazine and I LOVE* SP! Thank you for showing me your site! I log on daily but i don't actually use all the tools like I should. I am working on getting better at that......

My name is Kelli and I live in Atlanta, Ga.. I am blessed with a BEAUTIFUL daughter and the BEST supportive husband EVER! I was an athlete since the age of 4, until I finished high school. I have never had a problem with being overweight until now, UGH! I gained 50 lbs during my pregnancy and lost my athletic pre-baby body :( NOW I'm on a roll and trying to get down to business for the LAST time, REALLY! I'm a VERY positive personand I am willing to do whatever it takes to be FIT, HEALTHY, HAPPY, and SEXY!!!

I started my weightloss journey at a whopping 180lbs! :( Currently I'm 24, 5'2, weigh 137lbs but I want to get down to 130lbs (edd 02.02.10). My main goal is to get my 6 pack back and to tone my arms and legs! The hardest target is my lower stomach; for some reason that is the most difficult of all!

I can proudly say that my husband is the best EVER!! Without him and his support there's no telling how my weight would be right now. He has been there in the gym training me and it has definitely paid off. I lost all of the baby weight, but once I reached my target goal I stopped and pretty much gained the weight back:( I should have stuck with it to maintain my sexiness ;) BUT, my problem is that sometimes I can't complete some things I put my mind to, especially with working out; I will work out and eat right faithfully for a couple weeks or months and but once I have that one day off, it turns into 2,3 6,9...days off! Then I'm back to being the old me again :(

NOW I can say that I am back on track and I'm DETERMINED to STAY that way! I want to be HEALTHY and live a GREAT, LONG, HAPPY life and be a POSITIVE role model for my DAUGHTER. I'm going to remain POSITIVE, COMMITTED, and have WILL POWER, and that will GUARANTEE me to reach my goals!

I WILL REACH MY GOALS. I WILL COMPLETE WHAT I PUT MY MIND TO!
