Hey!

My weight gradually increased to the point where it started to seriously affect my health. My doctor told me I had to lose weight. I was looking for an on-line food tracker and my daughter told me about SparkPeople. So here I am...

I don't follow any particular diet. I just eat real whole foods. I buy organic as much as possible. I limit bad fats, meat and dairy. I avoid processed foods.

I try to walk 15K steps per day and at least 40 minutes of strength training ...

My Goals:
My goal is to reach 125 but even when I eat perfectly and exercise to the max I struggle to reach 130.

My Program:
I alternate between fitness DVDs and Wii fitness games.

I try to eat organic whole foods as much as possible. I limit sodium, sugar and trans fats.

I avoid processed foods as much as possible.

Other Information:
I love to read, travel and cook. I also enjoy taking on-line courses.
