My name is Kara. I am working towards becoming fit and healthy. I am married with two wonderful children! I am determined to get healthy and fit so I can feel better about myself and keep up with my children!

My main goal is not to lose weight but to become fit so that I will feel comfortable in my clothing. I plan on using small goals to get to my main goal.

In addition to exercise I am also working on revamping my eating habits. After I gave birth to my son I had some Gallbladder issues and it was removed. After this I was having stomach issues and after some testing I was told I have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). With my second pregnancy this really didn't give me any issues but after giving birth my problems are back. I am trying to learn more about clean eating and nutrition. Trying to stay away from processed foods is very hard but I know that with some hard work and determination I can do it!

I am always looking for a buddy to help keep me accountable and I will do my best to do the same thing for you! Please add me and we can do this together!!

My Goals:
I want to get Fit and Healthy for my family and myself. I would like to show my children how to be healthy and active. I also want to learn to eat healthy.

My Program:
I will be active 5-6 days a week. I will be walking/running 3 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. I will also be doing Pilates 6 days a week with 1 rest day.

    You mentioned that you have ibs and the management of stress. I too have ibs and for me found it funny how do we get rid of stress especially with a new baby. I'm not sure if you do but I work out and that helps with the stress.
