I am 62 years old, very active (running, yoga, cardio classes, weights, etc.) I have found in the last few years the 1 or 2 pounds added each year are not acceptable. I try to eat well, but sometimes fail. I found this site by accident last week, and am still trying learn all the resources, but so far I have loved tracking the food I am eating, and it makes me accountable to myself. I would love to talk to anyone in a similar situation, for some inspiration. Thank you.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 9 lbs in the next few months. I am in no hurry, as I know that the faster it comes off the faster it goes back on.

Now that the weather is getting better I will start running again.
I am trying not to obsess about the weight loss
