Thanks for commenting! I didn't plan on losing 50 in 6 months, but it happened anyway. For me it was all about controlling the calories and doing cardio 6 days a week.
I'm in maintenance mode now, only doing cardio 3 times a week, and focusing a little more on strength by doing a pullup challenge. I think the key to making this stick fo r me is to not put myself in a situation where the program is too overwhelming to stick with.

Hey thanks for the feedback bro. It's been a rough journey, but I've been sticking to my workouts to the best of my ability. Glad to have you back on spark, if you ever need a power bud let me know. I am currently doing ST workouts from P90X and ChaLean Extreme. I mix em up so i don't get sick of doing the same workouts over and over again.
