Goals (life changes)
If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail...

As I reflect on the two months, I am pleased with the progress I have made. I truly enjoy working out and my body doesn't crave the unhealthy foods. I am on my way to a lifestyle of healthy eating and constant moving (exercise). Each goal I meet is a step in the right direction.
