Sick and tired...

I have done too many intros to count. They all begin with my goals and how I'm going to get there. They never have an ending. My goals are always there but I never find a way to reach them. I've always got an excuse.

When am I going to choose me and this healthy life! Do I eat better than I did ...

When am I going to choose me and this healthy life! Do I eat better than I did almost five years ago? Sure. Do I exercise more than I used to? Sure. However, I always revert back to being more lazy (because it's easier) and eating more crap (because it's easier). This journey is not easy! When am I going to finally believe that and just keep fighting? NOW!!!

My Program:
My nutrition program is lots of fruits and vegetables with one reward meal per week. Drinking plenty of water too and trying to stay away from lots of sodium.

My fitness program is stationary bike, walking, upper body strength training and core.

Personal Information:
I love to cook, watch t.v., and hang out with the hubs.

Hi Becky, it sounds like you are a workaholic!

Not much new in my life, still trying to be, eat and live healthy, still trying to keep the house from falling down and need to get out in my gardens to get them ready for planting. After the dentist today I don't feel like doing much. I think I'll just get my chores done around the house and then relax because this is going to be a long, hard workweek for me.

Thanks for the blueberries! I put them in my smoothie for lunch today.
