July 14th will be my last "Restart"

7/14/14 New Start

Okay, here I am today thinking, am I ever going to see my goal. What is my goal? Is it a number on a scale? No, the true goal is to find what makes me feel good and makes me happy!

I want to comfortably wear a size 4.
I want to be toned.
I want to be able to gain more strength in yoga.
I want to be able to run again.

I think that's enough for now! I'm going to start focusing on these instead of just what's on the ...

5/12/14 Forgiveness...

It's a mighty big word! Have you ever thought about how this can change your life?

Today, May 12, 2014 - I am forgiving myself for everything. I have had an unhealthy relationship with food but you know what, it brought me to this place. I am here today to say that I'm letting go. I am moving forward from today. I cannot dwell on the past. I cannot dwell on any previous relationship that aided in emotional eating. I have loving family; a loving husband and I need to love myself.

I have good qualities and I need to focus on those from here on out:

- I have a big heart
- I have a nice smile
- I love my long, thick hair
- I have strong legs to get me where I need to be

Forgiving myself for any previous mistakes and moving forward.

The remainder of 2014 is going to be about figuring me out and reaching any goals that I set.

Current Status:
FITGRL124 So...I lost a couple pounds AND I did not give in to a local ice cream shops version of Nutter Butter Blizzard....I got one lowfat ice cream and nutter butter bites and made my own at 250 cal! YAY!

My Goals:
No dwelling on the past!!!

-Find a healthy weight range and stay there

-Gain strength in my knee to do HIIT exercises again

-Be able to run!

-Find ways to manage stress other than eating ice cream and pizza

80/20 Nutrition (moderation for splurges)

Exercise 5-6 days per week

Hope you're having a good weekend! I bought 4 wraps at a discounted price and I am going to try them, so I will let you know! Also definitely going alcohol free Sunday until whenever. Ita is holding me back! Also, we found two houses we love so that's exciting! I hope to be able to make an offer on one next week!
