July 14th will be my last "Restart"

7/14/14 New Start

Okay, here I am today thinking, am I ever going to see my goal. What is my goal? Is it a number on a scale? No, the true goal is to find what makes me feel good and makes me happy!

I want to comfortably wear a size 4.
I want to be toned.
I want to be able to gain more strength in yoga.
I want to be able to run again.

I think that's enough for now! I'm going to start focusing on these instead of just what's on the ...

5/12/14 Forgiveness...

It's a mighty big word! Have you ever thought about how this can change your life?

Today, May 12, 2014 - I am forgiving myself for everything. I have had an unhealthy relationship with food but you know what, it brought me to this place. I am here today to say that I'm letting go. I am moving forward from today. I cannot dwell on the past. I cannot dwell on any previous relationship that aided in emotional eating. I have loving family; a loving husband and I need to love myself.

I have good qualities and I need to focus on those from here on out:

- I have a big heart
- I have a nice smile
- I love my long, thick hair
- I have strong legs to get me where I need to be

Forgiving myself for any previous mistakes and moving forward.

The remainder of 2014 is going to be about figuring me out and reaching any goals that I set.

No dwelling on the past!!!

-Find a healthy weight range and stay there

-Gain strength in my knee to do HIIT exercises again

-Be able to run!

-Find ways to manage stress other than eating ice cream and pizza

80/20 Nutrition (moderation for splurges)

Exercise 5-6 days per week

Hi Becky! How are you doing these days? I love your cheery background. I'm doing pretty good. Trying each day to work hard enough to lose these 15+# that I've gained. The least I can do is do that in this year of 2014. It was the end of 2012 that this mostly happened and it's been this long with trying to get it off with my bad knee and RA in feet, etc. that do the walking! So, today's been a good day at staying within my ranges. This is my goal each day because this is how I did it before with losing 67#! Thanks for listening girlie. I miss you and hope that you're doing awesome! Hugs to you, Karen
