Keep Your Eye On The Prize!
I never realized just how difficult this journey was going to be. I thought for sure I would make my goal weight with ease. Hmmmmm, here it is 4 years later and I am so so close yet so far! I never realized just how difficult this journey was going to be. I thought for sure I would make my goal weight with ease. Hmmmmm, here it is 4 years later and I am so so close yet so far! This is by far the toughest part of the journey. I started this journey June 2008. I could hardly walk one lap around the gym track without being out of breath. I started with walking 3 days a week and then 3 months later added a few strength training exercises and later progressed to working out 6 days a week both cardio and strength training. I went from a size 12 to a size 4 with tons of energy now. So far I have lost 47 pounds and gaining a sculpted physique. I have struggled with loosing those last 5 pounds. I am mentally ready to get serious now and once and for all get to the weight I need to be at. I am looking forward to dropping those last 5 pounds and having some fun along the way. My goal for 2013 is to finally reach my goal weight and rock it in a bikini! I CAN DO THIS! Cheers, FitGlamGirl “Letting go is love. Holding on is attachment.”

I workout at the gym 6 days a week 1 hr a day. My workout includes: Mon: Cardio Tues: Strength Training Full Body Wed: Cardio Thur: Strength Training Full Body Fri: Cardio Sat: Strength Training Full Body Sun: Rest
Personal Information:
I live in Vancouver, WA with my husband and 3 beautiful children. I currently am a stay at home mom until I find employment again. My gym of choice is LA Fitness. They have a great deal on childcare and love the sauna.
