I'm not losing weight, I'm getting rid of it!

I've been eating mostly healthy, but have been away from SP for too long. I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and was diagnosed in May 2013 with insulin resistance. I started medication, and combined with healthy eating habits, have lost about 30lbs (from my highest weight of 217.2). I have a great support system - my loving and wonderful husband, and our little girl, who will turn 3 soon.

Okay...time to get back down to business.

No problem I was also pretty absent for the better part of the last 2 weeks. I was super busy and then everyone got crazy sick but now I'm back and I'm still sparking away! Hope you're doing well HAPPY MONDAY :P
