On my way to a better me!
I'm building better habits in eating and my physical fitness. There isn't a end goal in mind, but there are lots of little goals and a constant desire to be better. I just started CrossFit. I'm Gluten Free (mostly) due to an allergy. Current goals: -8+ glasses of water everyday/ -Plan my meals and kick that nasty fast food habit I've developed. -Finish CrossFit on-ramping and go to class 3x/week..
