Ready for some weight dropping!

I have this idea of being a skinny 125 pounder one day!

 Right now I am watching what I eat and exercising because that is something more than what I was doing...but I've been reading "The Plan" and I think I am going to give that a try beginning next week. It looks like there is some prep work so I am going to plan carefully to make this work for me!

Hi Stacey,

No I didn't get the book , but it did spark some interest in me! How is it working for you? How did your week go? Mine was pretty stressful as I have some new job duties, with not a lot of training. We are getting there though. I also have a temporary new coworker. Today was quite peaceful though. Friday's are only a 4 hour day, so they are awesome! Didn't get a lot of exercise today as I still had my Christmas tree up and had to do that when I got home. We got a fire pit for Christmas from our son an his wife so we sat by the fire tonight and had chili. It was quite nice.At least it warmed up a little today. it was actually a beautiful day. Well, let me know how your week was, and about The Plan and if you are making any progress. I will have to see if you have anymore blogs about it.
