My Goals:
Toning, healthy eating, healthy sleep habits, confidence boosting, Eat more fish at least twice a week, be happy everyday.

My Program:
Right now I'm doing about 20 minutes on treadmill, 10-20 minutes on bike (other days 10-20 minutes on elliptical), and about 10 minutes on several different weight machines. The gym doesn't tell you what to do so I am here in hopes to figure out what is best for my workouts, and track food as well.

Personal Information:
I am Canadian, I just recently joined a gym and I LOVE IT. I've been working out for a month now and I'm not getting the full result I'm hoping for. I'm female, 24 years old, 5'8 and 130 pounds. I have a great build and just need some toning in the stubborn areas. I'm here for help to get my desired appearance which will of course boost confidence and make me happy.
