FIT AND FEARLESS

HEY!

I am recent graduate finally invading the work place. My weight loss journey has been an up and down road for as long as I can remember. The most recent saga was moving away from home to go to school I went from 235 pounds to 173 pounds (YAY). HEY!

I am recent graduate finally invading the work place. My weight loss journey has been an up and down road for as long as I can remember. The most recent saga was moving away from home to go to school I went from 235 pounds to 173 pounds (YAY). There I was forced to walk everywhere (including the gym I worked out at), and had alot of free time on my hands (no job, just studying). I moved back home over a year ago and the weight started creeping back up! Most recently in the past 6 to 9 mths.

Last week I stood on the scale shocked as a I read a number I never wanted to see again...201 pds! I remember seeing that number in Montreal bidding it goodbye FOREVER yet here I stood. I snapped out of my funk of the past 9 mths. It was just so frustrating to see....I was on and off exercising, nothing concrete, and was really eating whatever I wanted.

I take back my life NOW. I remember being in the 170s thinking WOW i feel great...now I feel defeated...by my own self sabotage..

but THE HEALTHY ME IS HERE TO STAY!
