Last summer (2007) I started out at 196 (I think). I didn't find Spark People until I was about 167lbs. I'm currently at a plateau because I'm pretty happy with the differences in how I look and feel. But....I know I need to lose more :)!

My Goals:
My goal is to be the healthiest I've ever been by the time I turn 50 (mentally, spiritually and physically).

My Program:
I am exercising regularly (5-7 times/week) and my exercise program is varied. I walk, swim, use elliptical machine, stair climber, lift weights 2X/week and practice yoga. I also eat breakfast every day and try to get all of my fruits and veggies in. I take a multivitamin everyday and try to drink the 8 glasses of water. I try to take time to pray/meditate every day. When my clothes get a little tight, I re-evaluate my food intake, and try to log every little thing that goes into my mouth!
