Hi! I'm a Christian--who is also a wife, mom, friend, Independent Team Beachbody Coach & Zumba Instructor and I LOVE living a healthy lifestyle and helping others do the same! Well, most of the time I love it! Some days can be tough, but determination is the key! Motivating & encouraging others keeps me motivated & encouraged. I can't do this alone and neither can you!

My Goals:
I need to lose the last little bit of body fat (about 2%) that is hanging on for dear life..and then it is the challenge of maintaining!!!
My goal is to always challenge myself to DIG DEEP and go further with fitness.
I also want to eat the cleanest diet I possibly can while living in the "real" world!!! What a CHALLENGE!!!


My Program:
I am currently doing P90X and Zumba for fitness.

I eat a clean diet and avoid dairy, wheat, corn & sugar as I'm allergic to them and they create cravings for me! (I'm not perfect at this...I just keep plugging away at it!)
I eat 5 times per day and use P90X Peak Performance Bars 1-2 times per day either as meal replacements or snacks. I drink Shakeology EVERY day as a meal replacement or snack. It has AMAZING benefits!

I'm from Ft. Wayne, Indiana and have 3 boys (ages 17, 14, & 4).

I'm an Independent Team Beachbody Coach & a Zumba Instructor...Health & Fitness are my lifestyle & my passion!

    Hey! Just checkin in and seeing what your favorite part of SP is now that you have been using it for awhile! I am really trying to stay on track with my exercising! It isn't easy at all and I really stink at water intake as you know, but I am at least trying!

    I wish I was an exercise instructor. I wouldn't have an excuse not to workout then. lol I have had a sinus infection since Monday, so I haven't been able to breath good enough for a workout. I do foresee me getting 3 workouts in this week though (probably Friday and Saturday, in addition to the Sunday workout). That will be 2 more workouts more than last week. So that's a great improvement. If you learn any good nutritional advice, please sure. Have a great rest of the week.

    Hey! How is your workouts going? I'm down another pound this week. I really want to be under 180 by the time my husband and I go to Vegas next month for our anniversary. I have downloaded some pushup and situp apps to my smartphone. I also downloaded c25k as well. I'm getting ready for a workout right now actually. Good luck staying on track this week. emoticon

    I don't get to FW real often except for Phil Chorus rehearsals and shopping for things I can't get in Huntington. I DO get to Jefferson Pointe once in awhile, mostly for the Family Bookstore and Chick-Fil-A. (And sometimes Kohl's sales) Are you anywhere close to there? Or are you way north?

    Hi, Casey! Just noticed your comment. I'm new and still learning everything. I'm so excited for you. You are doing great. I'm sure you'll look great this summer in the swim suit.

    I have been focusing on my eating habits. I'm in my 3rd week of using spark people. I worked out on the elliptical 30 minutes on Saturday. My goal is to get 3 workouts in this week. I'm starting with the elliptical since we have one.

    I got a Wii and Wii Fit for Christmas, but husband still hasn't hooked it up. I'm looking forward to the day I can really use it. I think it'll be fun to actively play games with the kids and burn some calories.
