when you get knocked down ..YOU GET UP AGAIN

Well, I am up agian. small steps and small goals will help me reach my goal. some of my small goals are to cut out the night time pig outs, limit the pop, junk and sweets. then to increase my work out , schedule it in like I was doing before that really helped . Im going to break the year up into 4 check-ins Jan-march,April-June,July-september and October-December.
