Namaste!

40 year old wife and mother, full-time hospital administrator, part-time Yoga instructor. Multiple food and environmental allergies. I've lost 30 lbs in the last year, have kept it off nearly 9 months so far.

Competed in 2 figure competitions in 2012. Hoping to add muscle for the 2013 season.

I have taken a year off and attended 3 competitions where I could have placed well. Geez, it's a hobby. An expensive hobby. I will return to the stage when it fits into my life. I don't feel I have accomplished all I want to with Figure. Looking at October and November of this year.

Thank you for the comment on my blog!

Here's an idea- Get a $5 sub with all the veggies, including spinach, and don't eat the bread. I think it's the exact same amount of veggies as on a salad.
