My Goals:
My goal is to make my health a priority by eating right, exercising, and keeping my diabetes in check.
My Program:
Weekly Weigh-ins and Support Meetings at a local wellness center. 1200-1600 calories a day Low Carb (below 60 net carbs a day) Exercise 5 or more times a week, strength training at least 2 times/week
Personal Information:
I'm married and have an 13 year old son, a chocolate lab, and three cats. We live in Maryland. Besides spending time with family, I like to walk and hike, I enjoy cooking, and I like to read and I love hanging out here at Spark People!
