Rx bars. The jury is still out. They taste better than Larabars. I usually eat one with coffee or tea, the heat softens them. I would guess it would be difficult to eat with no liquid at all so water would work, I'll stick with coffee or tea. The problem is they are over 200 calories so I would consider a heavy snack or light meal replacement bar but I am starving and "hangry" in just a bit over 2 hours. I blamed the yoga Saturday for my light headed feeling but it happened today as well when I tried to make it a heavy snack between breakfast and a delayed lunch. No filling power. Did you see I mentioned you in my last blog. I am doing better at the night time eating and good news: I have not taken a sleeping pill in three months (well, on March 15th it will be three months). I had a horrible cold, the doc gave me cough medicine with codeine, stopped the ambien for the week that I was on it and tried to not get back on and it worked!! Years of trying, several scary medicines that didn't help, who knew codeine would work? Hope you are hanging in there.
