IT'S REALLY HAPPENING....I AM LOSING WEIGHT!!!!!!!
After years and years of trying to eat healthy and exercising and seeing no change on the scale, I am seeing the change on the outside of me. Be encouraged out there if you felt like me concerning your weight. Together, we Sparkers are going to reach our Finish Lines. Woot! Woot! Wahooooo!

I somehow missed your blog post, Janine! :( I'll go look it up after I'm done here. There should be some conversational threads on your team. You'll see that the post numbers are really high on those ones. On my team only the leaders are allowed to start new threads, just because there's so much going on and it would get confusing. But we do have several conversational threads going. I hate that you feel like you don't know where to post!!

For people who don't like to weigh-in every week, some do it every other and just post their same weight again on the in-between weeks. I had a TERRIBLE time tracking food for about the first 1/2 of my first challenge. It made me so stressed and then I'd emotional eat. Completely counterproductive. But eventually I worked my through and now I'm tracking every day. Woohoo!! :) Hang in there, hopefully you'll find your stride and find that the challenge made a big difference in your progress. I sure have!

We have a graduation this spring too! Our 3rd son is graduating from high school at the end of the month. He's mildly autistic and we're not sure if we can even get him to walk the ceremony much less have a party. But we're so proud of him and eager to see what the next step for him is. Post a picture or two of your daughter's graduation, I'd love to see it!

Have a wonderful day and may God's love and direction surround you. emoticon

Hi Janine!! Okay, so the exercise minutes are the air miles that get us to our destination. Then, the cups of water are a separate "competition" called "Living the Good Life" (LTGL). The LTGL challenges focus on building new habits. Make sense? Let me know if you still have questions!!!

YAY! Here we go!!
