Hi Terrie, Thanks for reading my blog! I'm going to do classic again. I really like the mix of strength training and cardio. I actually did doubles for the second month of the first round and I found that it was too exhausting and time consuming for me. Maybe I'll get motivated and try it again this next time, who knows!

Good to know you're seeing something similar with HR....though I'm afraid I'm just getting worn out and slow! :D

I decided to add a run to my day in order to burn more calories......there's no way I could have added that in Week 1!!! Progress!
