I have been struggling with my weight for many years. Even when I was at my goal weight, I thought that I was fat :/. I had years of negative comments floating through my mind. But now I am working on that!
I realize that I am important and that I matter. I am increasingly shutting up that negative talk in my mind and replacing it with positive talk about myself. I've found the old confident me!
I am not at goal but I am working on it through diet and exercise. I am trying to do what's right for MY body. I have one of those unique bodies where it takes more to lose a pound, but we keep on keeping on-my body and me :)
I have a total of about 15 lbs. to lose to reach my first major goal and about 45 lbs. to lose to reach the weight goal for this year. I am determined to do this~for my health, for ME, and for my closet! LOL
God is in control of all things and this weight loss journey is under His direction. He is doing miraculous things for me and I know that He will see me through!

I change challenges to keep me motivated. I try a variety of things from food choices to exercise challenges.
Currently, I am monitoring my food intake and will soon exercise on a consistent basis.

Ultimately I would like to reach 150 lbs. I would no longer be considered obese!!!
