Fit 4 Life

Back in the beginning of 2012, I set a goal for myself. Not only to slim down and fit back into my old clothes, but to exercise daily or have somewhat of a regular workout plan, and eat healthy. No matter what my plan is, I always seem to start a workout/nutrition plan, lose a few pounds and then ka-bam, I gain them right back and I'm back to eating junk food and my non-active lifestyle.

Back in the beginning of 2012, I set a goal for myself. Not only to slim down and fit back into my old clothes, but to exercise daily or have somewhat of a regular workout plan, and eat healthy. No matter what my plan is, I always seem to start a workout/nutrition plan, lose a few pounds and then ka-bam, I gain them right back and I'm back to eating junk food and my non-active lifestyle.

But I'm a mother of two young girls, a wife to a terrific man, and I'm only in my early 30's. I'm not ready to accept my post-children body as the body I will have for the rest of my life. I've realized what I want out of life. I want to be healthy. I want to be active with my children. I want to set a good example for them. I want my family to eat healthy...to know what foods are good and bad. It is much more than looking at the calories and fat on a label. I realize it's going to be hard at first but I need to stick with it, through all of the ups and downs. I'm not giving up this time.

I'm ready to make this lifestyle change. Today.
