Strong and toned...

Well I lost the last 10 lbs with SparksPeople summer of 2010 with more focus on diet and less on exorcise. I did excise but 2-3 times a week and not consistently at that level. Now I'm focusing on my fitness level with yoga and weight training to stay toned and lean.

Diet:
100% Gluten free
50% Grain free
80% Dairy free

Working on taking all artificial sugars out of my daily diet

Diet:
Food 1200-1400 daily. Sugar up to 15-20 g daily.
carbs up to 120 g daily.

Personal Information:
42 years old mom of 2 school age boys, work in IT/business. Sitting most of my workday and I eat lunch at my desk quite in order to finish my work day same time as my kids are done school.
