Get strong and toned!

Well I lost the last 10 lbs with SparksPeople summer of 2010 with more focus on diet and less on exorcise. I did excise but 2-3 times a week and not consistently at that level. This time I'm going to work on my fitness level more and work on getting toned and lean.

My Diet: 80% 20% rule.
I've also been having some health issues and have found that eating gluten free really helps my condition (TN). When I slip with food and not eat 100% gluten free I notice a big ...

My Goals:
To get strong and toned and and reduce body fat. (I'm an Apple shape which can be tough on heart so have to watch out for the belly fat.)






My Program:
Alternating Tracy Anderson precision tone DVD and Buti Yoga + 25 push ups a day.

Diet:
Food 1200-1400 daily. Sugar up to 15-20 g daily.
carbs up to 120 g daily.

Personal Information:
41 years old mom of 2 school age boys, work in IT/business. Sitting most of my workday and I eat lunch at my desk quite in order to finish my work day same time as my kids are done school.
