There has been a bit of a time lapse since my last log-in, but I am more determined than ever before to shed my former self. With the help of my trusted and oh so enthusiastic companion to the left, it will be accomplished. We have lots of fun romps, but I wasn't quite active enough. Now that Bodylastics T.O. bands are on board, I am getting stronger and burning calories more effectively.

Once upon a time, I was very active and fit...engaging life, sports, and recreational activities galore. I really miss that! The freshman 20, sophomore 15, and so on... have compounded through the years.

I deeply desire to experience life again - fully, as I know it can be! - The life in which I was an athlete (Cross Country, Track & Field, Water Polo, Golf), a vocalist - unashamed to get up and sing in front of a crowd, a day hiker and an avid camper/outdoor photographer.

There is simply no substitute for such activities, and I long to re-engage them! It will now be double the pleasure with my pal (to the left) by my side. :-) Oh my! How she does love any form of exercise! She even tries to do rebounding with me on my Rebounder. :-)

Excuses be gone!

It is high time to take these shackles off and get on with living enjoying life. I am here to get FIT 2 ENGAGE LIFE! Time is short and never on our side - so I must act quickly, be persistent and not give way to feelings of defeat. i CAN do this!!!
