I have been on and off SP for a while now. I'm going to start going Paleo with my diet on Monday and am really excited about it! I know it's a little "off" from the SP plan, but I think this is right for me right now.

I saw you are on the Paleo diet.

Restarting my commitment to the Paleo/Primal diet too. Started it right before Easter and lost 15 pounds.

Got off the wagon for the last few weeks. Even started drinking diet coke in a big way. So now I need to start reducing that and drinking more water but I should be good with my food.

Let me know if you would like to support each other on this diet.
