Losing weight and getting stronger!
I have battled weight issues for many years. When I was young, I was very active and involved in many sports. After High School, I was no longer active in sports and I gained 80 pounds at my heaviest weight. I am the mom to two wonderful daughters and want to be around for a long time for them. I also want to be good role model. Good luck to you all on this weight loss journey!

My Goals:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Short term goal - Get under 180 pounds. Long term goal - get down to 150 pounds ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My Program:
1. Cardio at least 3 times/week. 2. Strength training at least 2 times/week. (Aikido) 3. Drink 8 glasses of water/day. 4. Track all calories.
