No excuses; only results. What would that look like?

-I would set goals and challenges and bust my butt to meet them.
-I would eat nutritous foods all the time (or at least mostly).
-I would work out regularly and hard.
-I would find the consistency that seems to elude me.
-I would finally start losing these 50+ pounds that need to go.

What are my motivators?

-The sense of accomplishment and self worth that come from achieving something I worked so hard for.
-Knowing my children have a healthy, active example in their mother.
-To live a long, healthy, and full life because I've treated my body well and it will serve to do the same for me.

Why???
•To be slim and healthy, not fat and frumpy.
•More energy - for me and for the kids.
•Health and longevity - reduce diabetes risk.
•Better shopping - so I can shop in the petites section.

    I think it is wonderful that you have gotten right into running. I'm a little jealous LOL I joined that FB group, the hot mama thing and I love the little updates and quotes etc. I think you are doing great. We are trying and that's the main thing. I really really want to get to goal!

    I think I have had a great start so far to August. I have before pics (need to post those), my weight (which is higher than I thought) and measurements. I seriously can't believe I have put on this weight, I felt ill when I checked it. I'm getting a good workout in tonight for sure, and of course fasted AM cardio tomorrow!!! My main goals today are to drink A LOT of water, avoid eating for at least a full hour after work and only eat the proper portions for dinner. I also still have to get in my crunches and push ups...... I may shoot for completing that on my lunch hour or kill two birds with one stone and do them when I am avoiding eating after work to keep me distracted :) How are things going for you? How was your weekend?

    WOOHOOO tomorrow is go time!! I am excited and I will be doing the measurements, pics etc for sure!!! I want to see what we can do. It won't be easy but I know we can hold each other to this or rely on each other if we need to :) emoticon emoticon
