What would that look like? -I would set goals and challenges and bust my butt to meet them. -I would eat nutritous foods all the time (or at least mostly). -I would work out regularly and hard. -I would find the consistency that seems to elude me. -I would finally start losing these 50+ pounds that need to go. What are my motivators? -The sense of accomplishment and self worth that come from achieving something I worked so hard for. -Knowing my children have a healthy, active example in their mother. -To live a long, healthy, and full life because I've treated my body well and it will serve to do the same for me.
