Hey my name is Steph! I live in the heart of Chester County, PA with my husband! We married October 8, 2011 and just celebrated our one year anniversary!

I am a graduate of Tyler School of Art, Temple University. I love doing anything creative! I recently started my own grahpic desgin business called Two Hummingbirds Design Studio. It's still int he baby stages right now as I'm learning more web design so I can build and design my own website for my business. I do any kind of design from wedding invitations, to company logos/identities, calligraphy, birthday invitations, etc. The sky is the limit with what I can offer. Each one of my design is one of a kind and handcrafted to each client.

I always struggled with my weight ever since I was young. My tipping point was when I was in my freshman year of college and I was having some healthy issues. I tipped the scale at 226lbs. My doctor recommended for me to lose weight to help fix my health issues. I lost about 50lbs in two years and lost another 20 in the next 4. I kept the 70lbs off until I got engaged in December, 2009 and started planning my wedding. When I started to decide to loose about 10lbs for my wedding, all of a sudden started to gain weight. I gained 10lbs in one week. 30lbs crept back on in a year before ourwedding and I had no idea what was going on. I tried just about everything to lose the weight but the scale never budged no matter how healthy I ate or how much I worked out. I was frustrated and disappointed to say the least. My wedding day was still the best day of my life in spite of my weight gain. That day I did not even thing about my weight, I looked beautiful in my wedding dress, felt great and enjoyed our special day.

Now that I've been married a year, I've been trying to figure out why this weight has crept on. This journey has been going on since May of 2011. I have since then been diagnosed with PCOS (and possibly Hypothyroidism) and I have been making some lifestyle changes once again to try to loose weight to get rid of my PCOS symptoms so my husband and I can start planning a family!

My Goals:
- Eat Clean - 85-95% of the time

- Give meal times the full attention they deserve. To be aware and conscious of what I am eating and make healthy choices.

- Lower my body Fat Percentage. From 25% to 20%

- Become a runner (slowly reaching this goal!) (I can run a 9 minute mile now, yay!)

- Drink at least 10-15 cups of water a day.

My Program:
30-45 minutes of cardio 5x's a week

45 mins progressive strength training 3x's a week
