My Goals:
To get back to a reasonable and healthy weight of 129 and to stick to a healthy exercise routine.

My Program:
My program is to exercise five times a week; two days of strength training and three days of cardio. I plan to consume no more than 1500 calories per day in order to reach my goal weight of 129 by May 29th.

Personal Information:
I am married (29 years) and am the mother of five wonderful children and five grandchildren. I am also a Science teacher and love my job. Life is sweet :)

Other Information:

i know...the way i eat is not appealing to someone who does not eat like me...it's hard to believe just 2 years ago i was eating chocolate cake for breakfast, or snacking on empty calorie crackers, or just shoving my face with cheese....it's taken time to learn how to eat like i do now....and what's funny about it, the way i am eating this week, should be normal, but we've just so developed as a society to want more complex flavors that the basic ones are just bland in comparison....but if you take away the hype of preservatives and processed foods, you body can reacclimate and really enjoy simple tastes.....
