This year first to make the changes in my life to lead me to a healthier, happier life, To deal with the baggage and the thoughts that have keep me to achieve the best I can. KCAL 1200-1600 Track all foods eaten Blog two tmes week Cardio 4 times a week and track it Journal 3 x week
