One Foot in Front of the Other

I've had some past success with Weight Watchers and I had a short-lived run here on SparkPeople last fall. But I've been committed and determined (borrowing that word from my new favorite blogger! Katie at runsforcookies.com) since January 1st, 2013. I'm trying to go slow and steady, so I know my results will be here to stay.

Don't get me wrong I ove seeing the scale go down but sometimes NSV's feel even better, maybe because they mean we are truly changing and moving forward.
