Thanks for the comment on my blog post. To have a cheat day or to not have a cheat day, that is the question... I always tell people that they have to find an eating strategy that works for them. Having a cheat day works for me so that's what I do. If I stop making progress, I may have to re-think my strategy!
Thanks for reading and posting on my blog. I got the Reward idea from "Steph-Knee", she bought herself an Ipod touch for music while she walks and exercises, but she won't get it until she reaches her next goal.
When you decide what your next reward will be, let us know! I see a lot of sparkpeople that have a reward system set up- like every 10 or 20 lbs or when they hit a streak they get a manicure or massage, and one woman is going to Hawaii with her husband when she reaches her goal weight. I am jealous!
