Carla's Action Steps to Goals
1. lose 1/2 - 2 pounds weekly for 8-10 weeks (Fall Challenge)
2. Eat 30 grams protein and 1 carb within 30 minutes of awakening
3. Get 15-30 minutes physical activity before work 4/4 days
4. 45 minutes physical activity 1/3 off days
5. Hit caloric intake target at least 5/7 days by logging food
6. Have last food (50 cal) or beverage by 8pm
7. Prep for next day and in bed by 9pm to awaken by 5am
8. Meal planning and prep on Fridays and Sundays

    I'm so glad you signed up for the BLC. I think you will love it. It can be challenging depending on what team you signed up for. BLC is very active. Anyone who signed up always returns for another round! And if you don't feel comfortable with that team you can always join another team the next round. I have done that because my needs changed. They also permit you to switch teams if you feel you made a mistake when your a newbie. At least that is what was told to me. Wishing you the best on your weight loss journey!
