Library Lady is Wild About Books but not her Weight!

I am an Elementary Librarian for 2 schools with grades 1-4 and around 900 students. I have 4 children: 23 yrs. old, 18 yrs. old, 14 yrs. old, and a 5 year old! I've been married for 20 years. I've taught for 19 years. I've got to make some changes as I now have developed osteroarthritis, have fibromyalgia, and 2 bulging discs in my back. This weight is killing me literally from the pain I feel daily by walking.

I'd go with eating too little? Head towards 1200-1400 calories but maybe just "clean" it up? Lose the breads, grains and refined carbs, try half of yam, salads, even beans for your carbs and maybe give your metabolism a "rev" by eating something every couple of hours( a cheese stick, fruit, yogurt?)Good Luck!
