    So good to hear from someone! My best to all of us who are working to get better! I'm not really sure how this all works.

    I haven't figured out how to log in food, calories, etc.

    Today, I am preparing a menu for the week (my biggest challenge) so I can have a plan for eating. I mean, just doing juicing, and protein drinks isn't working!

    Any suggestions? Anyone...with knee problems. Do you have any specific exercises you do despite the knee issue?

    I can do Upper Body weight exercises, but certainly no knee push ups! Ouch! I miss walking!

    Welcome to SP--you're off to a great start here. Keep posting and tracking daily. Setting up your own Spark page so we can get to know you is a great help. Join a few teams of people with something in common with yourself--age, location, amount to lose, etc. And once you've worked through the "Getting Started" list, you'll know your way around the site quite well.

    Hey there!! Congrats on getting started today!! I joined today too!! I know what you mean about the extra weight affecting your joints, I am aving that issue as well! Hopefully once I get the initial 20 lbs off, that will help!! Im definately open to having a buddy! I need all of the help, encouragement & mental fortitude I can get!!
