Short Term Goals:
Run a 5k this summer
Swim a mile
3 minute plank
Finish 30 Day Shred
Pull ups and Dips
Get below 200

Long term goals:
A more tolerable period
Be able to lift 70+ pounds with ease (when I mean lift, I mean lift anything, boxes, pieces of wood, etc)
Be able to run a 10 minute mile
Weigh ...

I want to be: Strong, fast, graceful, agile, beautiful, smart, and constantly reaching toward my full potential.

I'm a person that loves to plan to do things, but I am a really bad procrastinator.
My accomplishments:
Since 6/29 I've finished 26/n swimming sessions and have traveled approximately 13425 meters.

I have foiled most of my own plans, so I hope to be able to outsmart myself into having a better body!

I know I can achieve anything, now I just need to show myself that I will.

Thank you so much for the blog love! I, too, would wear liners everyday. I have absolutely no prrof that it was weight related BUT as I lost weight, the dampness decreased and it decreased to non-existence when I lost about 30 to 35 pounds. Coincidence? I don't think so.
