My accomplishments so far:
Finished C25K
Finished a stair climbing race
Squatted 135 pounds

Short Term Goals:
Run a 5k this summer
Swim a mile
3 minute plank
Finish 30 Day Shred
Pull ups and Dips
Get below 200

Long term goals:
A more tolerable period
Be able to lift 70+ pounds with ease (when I mean lift, I mean lift anything, boxes, pieces of wood, etc)
Be able to run a 10 minute mile
Weigh 140 pounds
Look sexy

Finish every day and be done with it. You have done what you could.
Some blunders and absurdities no doubt have crept in; forget them as soon as you can.

I want to be: Strong, fast, graceful, agile, beautiful, smart, and constantly reaching toward my full potential.

I'm a person that loves to plan to do things, but I am a really bad procrastinator.
My accomplishments:
Since 6/29 I've finished 26/n swimming sessions and have traveled approximately 13425 meters.

I have foiled most of my own plans, so I hope to be able to outsmart myself into having a better body!

I know I can achieve anything, now I just need to show myself that I will.

    You asked how I managed to get a lot of protein in my diet - I focus on higher protein foods. Eggs, cheese, chicken (lots of chicken!), and protein powder in my milk. I LOVE Perdue Simply Natural chicken nuggets. Reminds me a bit like Chik Fil A but with less fat. I went to 2% organic milk w/ a scoop of protein powder as a snack. Ounce per ounce, I think chicken has a higher protein count than beef. Hope this helps.
